Building, deploying, and maintaining a managed AI workforce

Founder-direct answers on what I do, who it is for, and how the work runs.

What do you actually do?

I build, deploy, and maintain a managed AI workforce for operating companies. Most AI advisory is a slide deck. What I sell is a digital employee that runs every day inside boundaries you can see, knows your business, and gets better every week. I run my own company, Crown Mosaic Holdings, on exactly this system, which is the work I am willing to show you before you decide.

Who is this for?

Founders and operators of $500K to $10M businesses who want AI doing real work, not another tool to manage. It fits when you have a repeatable, high-friction job that an owned agent should be running, and when you would rather have someone accountable for the outcome than hand you tokens, models, and a login. If you want to experiment with prompts yourself, this is not that.

What do I get?

A digital employee that I build, deploy, and maintain for you. You do not touch tokens, models, or infrastructure. You set the priorities and approve anything that moves money or ships work, and the agent holds itself to boundaries we define once at the start.

How does it work?

I diagnose before I build. Crown Mosaic Platform runs the diagnostic that finds the binding constraint in your business, and then I build the digital employee that removes it. Building before you know the real constraint is how operators automate the wrong job competently, so the diagnosis comes first and the build is aimed at what the read names.

How is this different from an AI consultant or building it myself?

A consultant hands you recommendations and leaves the implementation to you. Building it yourself means owning the tokens, the models, the monitoring, and every silent failure. I run the whole stack and stay accountable for the result, the same three-agent system I operate my own company on. You get the capability without becoming an infrastructure team.

How fast can you get an agent live?

The build follows a defined sequence, so it moves fast and predictably. I am direct about the stage I am at: the brand is early and I would rather you judge me on what I deliver than on a number on a page.

What does it cost?

Five thousand to ten thousand dollars a month, depending on scope. It is a managed relationship, so the price covers building, running, and maintaining the agent, not a one-time setup you are then left to babysit.

How do I start?

Reach me at christopher@christophermillson.com and tell me the job you want an agent to run. We start with the diagnostic so the build is pointed at the real constraint, then I get your first agent live and maintain it from there. If a constraint outside my lane is what is actually binding you, I will tell you that too.
